摘　　要：自护能力是现代人必备的基本素质之一.培养女大学生的自护能力要从提高其自护意识入手,并让学生掌握一定的自护知识,只有这样,才能达到提高女大学生自护能力的目的.In our age, self-protection ability is one of the essential students'qualities. For the femal university students, enhancing their awareness of self-protection really paves the way for fostering their self-protection ability. In addition, a good command of knowledge about self-protection contributes to the improvement of their self-protection ability.
