摘 要:为了提高小径木的干燥质量 ,采用全自动化干燥室 ,对小径木水曲柳进行连续式加热和间歇式加热两种干燥方式 ,分析制材加工过程中的尺寸误差对干燥质量的影响。间歇式加热干燥质量好于连续式加热干燥 ,连续式加热干燥过程中制材尺寸误差对干燥质量没有明显影响。在间歇式加热干燥过程中 ,锯材越短越容易产生顺弯 ,越宽越容易产生端裂 ,越窄越容易产生顺弯 ,越厚越容易产生端裂。In order to improve drying quality of small diameter wood, an automatic conventional drying kiln was used to dry small diameter Manchurian ash wood by the methods of continue heating and intermittent heating. The relationship between size error from sawing and drying quality was studied.The results showed that the drying quality for intermittent heating method was better than that for continue heating method. In continue drying, sawing size error had no effect on drying quality, while in intermittent drying, the shorter and narrower lumber was easy to become curving, and the wider and thicker lumber was easy to give rise to end check.
