摘　　要：目的　了解重庆市社区居民健康状况及卫生需求。方法　采用分层整群抽样方法 ,抽取重庆市市区、近郊区、远郊区所辖 15周岁以上居民 ,采用居民健康调查表收集资料。结果　 6 0岁以上老年人占 2 4 36 % ,文盲及小学文化者占 31 96 % ,常见慢病患病率达 18 18% ,前 3位疾病依次为高血压 (8 11% )、慢性支气管炎 (6 0 9% )和冠心病 (3 2 5 % )。结论　重庆市社区卫生服务应以老年护理、慢性病管理和构建新型“医患关系”为突破口 ,提高居民接受社区卫生服务的顺应性 ,突出以健康教育为重点 ,才能形成适合于本地区的社区卫生服务特色。Objective To learn the health state and demand of chongqing community residents.Methods Employed stratified-cluster sampling.Samped the people,aged above fifteen,from urban area and suburb in chongqing.Collected relative data by using resident health survey chart.Results Aged population above sixty accounted for 24.36% of all the surveyed people,illiteracy 31.9%,normal chronic disease prevalence rate is 18.18%.The top three diseases are hypertention(8.11%),chronic bronchitis(6.09%),coronary heart disease (3.25%).Conclusion Chongqing community health service must focus on aged population nursing,chronic disease management and constructing new doctor-patient relationship,making the residents accept community health service,emphasizing health education and form distinctive local community health service.
