养血清脑颗粒联合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察养血清脑颗粒复合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛的近期疗效。方法　选取偏头痛病人 96例 ,随机分为 3组 :养血清脑组 (A组 )、星状神经节阻滞组 (B组 )和联合组即A组 +B组 (C组 ) ,每组 3 2例。观察 3组治疗后偏头痛疼痛强度、持续时间及治疗总有效率。结果　 3组病人治疗后偏头痛均有改善 ,疼痛强度减轻 ,头痛持续时间缩短 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;C组与A组、B组相比疼痛强度减轻明显 ,头痛持续时间更短 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,总有效率显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　养血清脑颗粒联合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛 ,可以缩短病程 ,改善头痛症状 ,近期效果满意。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combination of Yangxueqingnao Grain and Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) on migraine. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into three groups, there were 32 cases in every groups respectively. In group A, Yangxueqingnao Grain was used and group B was treated with SGB.In group C, both Yangxueqingnao Grain and SGB were used. The total number, total duration and total effective rate of migraine attacks were recorded.Results The total number and total duration of migraine attacks were markedly decreased in three groups (P<0.01). Group C was more effective than the group A and group B in lowering the total number, total duration and total effective rate of migraine attacks (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Yangxueqingnao Grain and SGB was an effective way for the therapy of patients with migraine. It can decrease the total number and total duration, and also lower the total effective rate of migraine attacks.
