内皮素-1和心钠素在脑梗死中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨脑梗死病人血浆内皮素 -1 (ET -1 )和心钠素(ANP)的相互作用及其在脑梗死发病过程中的作用机制和临床意义。方法　应用放射免疫分析法测定 3 6例脑梗死病人 (治疗组 )和 3 3例健康人 (对照组 )的血浆ET -1和ANP含量。结果　治疗组急性期血浆ET -1含量明显高于恢复期和对照组 ,急性期血浆ANP的含量明显高于恢复期和对照组 ;脑梗死中度～重度病人血浆ET -1含量明显高于轻度病人 ;急性期病人血浆ANP含量与ET -1含量呈正相关(P <0 .0 1 )。结论　ET -1和ANP均参与了脑梗死的病理生理过程 ,监测脑梗死病人血浆ET -1水平可作为反映病人病情程度的一项参考指标。Objective To investigate the interaction and clinical significance of changes of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) and atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP) concentrations in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Plasma ET-1 and ANP concentrations were measured in 36 patients(study group) with cerebral infarction and 33 healthy volunteers(control group) by radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma ET-1 and ANP concentrations in patients during acute phase were markedly higher than that during recovery phase and control subjects. Moreover, plasma ET-1 concentrations in patients with moderate-severe infarction were significantly higher than those with mild infarction. In addition, plasma ANP concentrations in study group were positively correlated with ET-1 concentrations (P<0.01). Conclusion These results suggest that both ET-1 and ANP were participated in patho-physiological process of cerebral infarction, measurement of plasma ET-1 may be a useful parameter to reflect illness condition in the patients with cerebral infarction.
