平阳霉素局部注射治疗口腔黏膜毛细管型淋巴管瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察平阳霉素治疗口腔黏膜毛细管型淋巴管瘤的临床效果。方法 :35例 (5 7个瘤体 )口腔黏膜毛细管型淋巴管瘤 ,采用平阳霉素局部注射治疗 ,其中 7个舌背部瘤体配合手术切除。用 2mg/mL平阳霉素行肿瘤基底下弥散注射至瘤体发白。每 2～ 4周注射 1次 ,用药总量 4～ 6 0mg。 结果 :总有效率 87.72 % (5 0 / 5 7) ,其中唇、颊、腭、口底、舌腹病变的有效率 10 0 % (4 9/ 4 9)。舌背病变效果最差 12 .5 0 % (1/ 8)。结论 :平阳霉素局部注射是治疗口腔黏膜毛细管型淋巴管瘤的理想方法 。Objective:To observe therapeutic effects of Pingyangmycin local injection as a primary therapy of capillary lymphangioma in oral mucosa.Methods:57 capillary lymphangiomas in oral mucosa (35 patients, 19 males, 16 females) were treated with local injection of Pingyangmycin,in which 7 lymphangiomas in the dorsum of tongue were resected because the statisfactory therapeutic effects could not be obtained. Pingyangmycin (2 mg/mL) was injected under the basal portion of lymphangiomas,1 time per 2～4 weeks. The totlal dose of Pingyangmycin ranged from 4～60 mg.Results:The total curative rate was 87.72%(50/57) in these patients. The therapeutic effect of capillary lymphangioma in the lip, cheek, palate, mouth of the floor, ventral surface of tongue was excellent, and the curative rate was 100%(49/49). In capillary lymphangiemas of the dorsum of tongue, the curative rate was only 12.50%(1/8).Conclusions:The treatment of the local injection of Pingyangmycin in capillary lymphangioma of the oral mucosa is a good method. The tension injection under the basal portion of lymphangioma is important to treat capillary lyphangioma in oral mucosa.
