摘　　要：本文阐述了外刊资源在高校图书馆文献资源建设中的重要地位 ,分析了外刊资源建设存在的问题 。This paper expounds the importance of the foreign periodicals resources in bibliographic resources construction in university libraries, analyses problems in foreign periodicals resources construction and puts forward tactics and countermeasures to solve these problems.
