摘 要:目的 建立复杂结构产品零件的反求建模方法。方法 借助非接触测量设备获取产品零件的尺寸数据或图像,并通过分析计算和CAD软件等辅助工具,建立产品的几何模型。结果 将新一代三维工业CT作为测量手段,对产品实物的切片图像进行数字化分析、图像边界提取和二维轮廓数据读取,并对生成的产品数字模型进行了误差分析。得到反求建模技术和三维产品数学模型。结论 所得技术适合于小型、复杂和不可拆卸产品零件的设计和再设计工作;所得模型为产品进入再设计阶段奠定基础;应依据产品的结构特点和设计精度确定ICT切片采样分辨率。AimTo establish the reverse design method for complex structural industrial product. MethodsBased on the non-contact measuring equipment such as industrial computed tomograph(ICT) and it's slice pictures,the steps involved in the reverse engineering are identified for creating a computed aided design model of complex structural industrial product by using the digital image processing and CAD software . ResultsThe methods of image segmentation, seed-filling and 2D-feature extraction are described in detail. According to different resolution of ICT equipment for obtaining the ICT slice pictures the tolerance analysis between the prototype product and CAD-model is presented to demonstrate that the proposed methods are viable.ConclusionThe obtained reverse design technique based on the non-contact measuring are suited for the design and redesign of the parts of the small, complex industrial products which are not disassembled; the error of the acquired 3D product's mathematical model is within our acceptable range; ascertain sampling resolution of ICT slices according to the structure features of the products and the design precision of the equipment.
