电视腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤切除术50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨电视腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤切除术的临床应用价值。方法　对 5 0例有手术适应症患者进行电视腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤切除术 ,取同期开腹手术 40例做对比分析。结果　腹腔镜组手术时间与对照组比较无差异 ,而术中出血、术后病率、术后住院日少于对照组。结论　腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤 (良性 )Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical significance of ovarian carcinoectomy by laparoscopy.Methods 50 cases of morderate ovarian carcinoectomy tumor received ovarian carcinoectomy by televesional caparoscope,50 cases received abdnominal ovariar carcinoectomy,the clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results Ovarian carcinoectomy by laparoscopy there were no significant different in the operating duration between them,but the bleeding volume,morbidity,average hospitalization time were less than that in abdnominal ovarian carcinoectomy group.Conclusions Ovarian carcinoectomy by laparoscopy is safe and effective in clinical use.
