摘　　要：英国大学与产业界的“伙伴关系”主要体现在校企之间的联系和合作上。这种合作对大学和企业双方都有利,大学通过技术转让可以获得数量可观的经济收入,而企业与大学合作可以促进企业进行技术改造,提高产品竞争力。本文探讨了英国大学与产业界之间合作的主要方式、英国政府的相关政策以及校企合作所带来的社会和经济效益等,并指出了其对我国高等教育的若干启示。The companionship between the British universities and the industrial circles reflects in the connections and cooperation between them. This cooperation will be beneficial for both the university and the enterprise. The university may gain great economic returns through the technology transfer, while the enterprise may accelerate the technology reform through cooperating with the university, and enhance the contest ability of the products. This article inquires into the main ways of cooperation between British universities and the industrial circles, the government's policies and the social economic benefits of it. It also offers some references for Chinese higher education.
