金沉积烤瓷冠的临床应用与评价

摘　　要：目的 评价金沉积烤瓷技术与其它烤瓷技术的临床修复效果。方法 对临床上进行金沉积烤瓷冠修复的51例共328件修复体进行随访。结果 在随访的312件修复体中309件成功,3件失败。其中1件为崩瓷,2件为粘结和固位问题。结论 金沉积烤瓷冠的修复效果要优于镍铬合金及铸造金合金烤瓷冠。金沉积烤瓷技术的优点在于:①生物相容性好。②冠边缘密合性好。③色泽自然美观。Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of galvano-ceramic single crowns (Auro-galvano-crown, AGC) and the other porcelain fused metal (PFM) crowns. Methods A total 328 of galvano-ceramic single crowns (AGC) in 51 patients were reviewed for 3 years, respectively, after cementation. Results 309 crowns had successful results and 3 crowns were failures. 1 was for the fracture of ceramic and the other 2 were for the problem of cementation or restoration. Conclusion Long-term results of galvano-ceramic individual crown restorations were superior to those of the other porcelain fused metal (PFM) crown restorations (Including Ni-Cr and 86.2% Au Cast metal). The AGC (Auro-galvano-crown) technique has some advantages in that it provides the best biocompatibility, exquisite marginal integrity and natural color beneath the ceramics.
