摘 要: 随着多媒体、网络技术飞速发展,数据压缩技术成为确保网络数据有效传输的关键因素,它直接关系到多媒体文件的存储和传输速度。从20世纪中期开始,数据压缩技术在有损压缩领域得到了显著的提高,但在无损压缩领域由于受不失真条件的限制,发展则较为缓慢。通过对无损游程编码的研究和分析,提出一种新型RLE+算法,有利于对非二元序列数据和图像压缩的处理。With the rapid development of multimedia and network technology, the data compression technology has played a critical part in it, and influenced directly the data storage and transference. Since the last mid-century, the data compression technology, especially the lossy data compression has improved rapidly and gained a remarkable achievement, and goes towards higher and better compression effects. On the contrary, the lossless compression technology has lagged behind because of the limits of the lossless characters. After researching and analyzing the lossless RLE compression, an improved algorithm RLE^+ was presented. Using it in image processing, a better binary sequence data and the compression ratio will be got.
