应用对偶三角瓣行唇裂修补术326例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性唇裂的修复技术。方法:应用对偶三角瓣转移修复不同类型的唇裂患者,使其两瓣互相转移达到延长白唇之目的。结果:本组采用对偶三角瓣修复326例患者,其中Ⅰ度86例、Ⅱ度178例、Ⅲ度62例,所有治疗术后均为Ⅰ期愈合,唇外形理想。结论:对偶三角瓣修复唇裂具有设计合理、方法简便,修复后的唇部外形丰满、自然,易于掌握等优点。Objective To explore the reparative operation on the unilateral cleft lip. Methods The upper lip was prolonged by interchanging the position of the symmetric triangular flaps in different type of the unilateral cleft lip, Results The method was used in 326 patients, among these cases 86 patients were Ⅰ° cleft lip, 178 patients were Ⅱ° and 62 patitens were Ⅲ°. All cases achieved satisfactory lip appearance and all wounds healed well. Conclusion The design of the method is rational and simple, the opearation is easy, the an ideal method for unilateral cleft lip repair.
