摘　　要：目的 :研究氯丙米嗪对脑缺血的作用 .方法 :在局灶性脑缺血的大鼠应用氯丙嗪 ,与脑缺血对照组比较 ,在缺血后 1,3,7,14和 2 8d测试神经学功能 .结果 :氯丙米嗪组的网屏握持功能较对照组明显改善 ,而两组的胶布撕脱试验之间无明显差别 .结论 :氯丙米嗪可提高局灶性脑缺血后的肌力 .AIM: To study the effects of clomipramine on cerebral ischemia. METHODS: A group of rats with focal ischemia were compared with another group treated with clomipramine. Neurological functions were measured at 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 d post ischemia. RESULTS: The clomipramine treated group showed significant improvements in the screen prehensile test, while no marked difference was found between the two groups in the avulsing sticky label test. CONCLUSION: The results demonstrate that clomipramine can enhance muscle strength following focal cerebral ischemia.
