摘 要:目的 探讨巯基物质 (硫普罗宁 )在急性坏死性胰腺炎时对胰腺和心肌细胞的保护作用。方法 将大鼠随机分为 3组 :A组急性坏死性胰腺炎生理盐水组 ,B组为急性坏死性胰腺炎巯基物质 (硫普罗宁 )处理组 ,C组为正常对照组。各组动物模型分别在诱发急性坏死性胰腺炎后 4、 6、 12、 2 4h处死。检测淀粉酶、C反应蛋白、胰腺组织内巯基和丙二醛的含量 ;观察光镜下胰腺组织的形态学改变与电镜下心肌形态学改变。结果 ( 1)A、B两组淀粉酶、C反应蛋白均明显高于C组 ,B组明显低于A组。 ( 2 )A、B两组胰腺组织巯基含量均明显低于C组 ,B组高于A组 ;A、B两组胰腺组织丙二醛含量明显高于C组 ,B组明显低于A组。 ( 3)A、B两组胰腺均发生病变 ,但B组较A组轻且腹水量明显减少。 ( 4 )A、B两组心肌组织电镜下均有改变 ,其中B组明显较A组轻。结论 ANP时胰腺组织内巯基物质减少 ,丙二醛(MDA)含量增加明显 ;外源性巯基物质 (硫普罗宁 ) ,可使ANP时胰腺炎症减轻 。Objective To observe the protection effects of sulphyhydrl compound(Tiopronin) on pancreatic and myocardial cells in aucte necrotic pancreatits(ANP).Methods Rats were randomly divided into three groups:group A served as ANP with normal saline therapy,while group B with Tiopronin treatment,Group C was normal control.All rats were killed at each time piont of 4,6,12 and 24 h.Total saulphyhydrl compounds,and MDA in pancreatic tissue were assessed,as well as CRP and SAM.Hisological changes of pancras were examined by microscope and myocardium were observed by electron microsope.Results (1)The levels of amylolytinenzyme and C-creative P in group A and B were higher than those in group C,and the levels in group B were obviously lower than those in group A.(2)Total sulphyhydrl compounds decreased markedly in group A and B while MDA increased significantly.The level of sulphyhydrl compounds group B was higher than that of group A,while MDA was opposite.(3)The histology changed in group A and B.The injury of pancreatic cells and the quantity of ascites were serious in group B.(4)The injury of the myocardium cells in group B was mote alleviated compared with group A.Conclusion Sulphyhydrl compunds decreases markedly when ANP,while MDA increased markedly.Ectogenesis SH(Tiporonin)played an important role in the protection of pancreatic and myocardial cells,probably as important OFR clearance agent.
