佛手化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的　对佛手中化学成分进行研究。方法　采用硅胶柱色谱 ,SephadexLH 2 0凝胶柱色谱对佛手中化合物进行分离 ,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定其结构。结果　从佛手中分离得到的 10个化合物 ,分别为 5 ,7 二甲氧基香豆素 (柠檬油素 ) (Ⅰ ) ;7 羟基 6 甲氧基香豆素 (莨菪亭 ) (Ⅱ ) ;7 羟基香豆素 (伞形花内酯 ) (Ⅲ ) ;7 羟基 5 甲氧基香豆素 (Ⅳ ) ;香豆酸 (Ⅴ ) ;6 ,7 二甲氧基香豆素 (Ⅵ ) ,柠檬苦素 (Ⅶ ) ,诺米林 (Ⅷ ) ,豆甾醇 (Ⅸ )和 β D 葡萄糖 (Ⅹ )。 结论　化合物Ⅱ～Ⅳ ,Ⅹ为首次从该属植物中发现 。OBJECTIVE: To study the constituents of Citrus medica L. var. Sarcodactylis (Noot) Swingle. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography with silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 gel column. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated as 5, 7-dimethoxycoumarin (limettin) (I);7-hydroxy-6-methoxycoumarin (Scopoletin) (II); 7-hydroxycoumarin (umbelliferon) (III);7-hydroxy-5-methoxycoumarin (IV); p-coumaric acid (V) and 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (VI), limonin(VII), nomilin(VIII), stigmasterol(IX) and β-D-glucoside(X). CONCLUSION: Compounds II ∼ IV and X were isolated from Citrus L. Compounds IX was isolated from this plant for the first time.
