高档竹木复合混凝土模板研究

摘　　要：以径向竹帘作为板材的芯层,木单板为表层组成板坯;将制成的板材定厚砂光,分别进行酚醛树脂浸渍纸面和涂膜试验,结果表明:浸渍纸贴面工艺和涂膜工艺竹木复合混凝土模板的物理力学性能好、板面色差和厚度偏差小,都适于做为高档的混凝土模板;涂膜工艺竹木复合混凝土模板在工艺和成本上有一定的优势。The radical bamboo curtains is used as the core layer and wood veneer is used as the surface layer of the mat.The board is made from hot pressing the mat and is sanded through fixing thickness,and it is overlaid by phenol formaldehyde resin paper impregnated and covered by phenol formaldehyde resin.The results show that paper impregnated resin overlaying and film of covering with resin of bamboo-wood composite concrete-form has good physical and mechanical properties,small deviation color and thickness and it is top grade concrete-form;but it has superiority in the technology and cost.
