摘　　要：以乙醇胺为原料用硫酸酯化和亚硫酸钠磺化的路线合成牛磺酸,对第二步磺化反应进行了专题实验,通过改变工艺条件和操作方法,使磺化反应得到了较高的产率,同时验证了影响产率的主要因素,并在反应机理上进行阐述。This paper introduces the route to synthesize Taurine by sulfate esterificntion and sodium sulfate sulfonation,in which eholamine is taken as the raw material.The special test has been done on the second step of sulfonation.With the changes of processing condition and operation ways,the higher yield has been got by the sufonation,at the same time the main disadvantage factors have been found.
