面神经麻痹半年后的中频电治疗观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中频电对面神经麻痹半年后的治疗作用。方法:36例,男、女各18例,年龄17—79岁,平均(45.5±15)岁。采用正弦调制中频电,全波断调,通断比1:2,调制频率10Hz。主电极直径3—4cm或点状电极,每个部位治疗8—10min,平均(34.6±35.9)次,电刺激未恢复或部分恢复的表情肌。结果:流泪21例,5例消失,14例减轻,2例无效。食滞20例,11例消失,9例减轻。鼓腮不能11例,略能鼓腮7例;治疗后5例能鼓腮,13例症状减轻。肌纤维束颤2例,治疗后消失。33例面部僵硬治疗后明显减轻。额枕肌额腹无自主收缩2例,治疗后肌张力增加,外侧视野扩大。对挛缩及联带运动无治疗作用。结论:中频电对面神经麻痹半年后的症状有治疗作用。Objective: To study the effect of medium frequency sinusoidal modulated current on the facial paralysis at half year after onset. Method: The 36 patients including 18 male and 18 female at age of 17-79 years (45.5±15) were studied. The partial or non-recovery muscles were stimulated by the main electrode at diameter of 3-4cm or point electrode with intermittent wave 1:2 at modulated frequence of 10Hz with 8-10min at average of 34.6±35.9 times.The medium frequency modulated current was used to stimulate non-recovery or partial recovery muscles.Result:21 cases with lacrimation were treated with the results of non-lacrimation in 5 cases,improved lacrimation in 14 cases and non-change in 2 cases. In 20 cases with the retention of food, non-retention in 11 cases and improved retention in 9 cases were got. In 11 cases with non-pucking up cheek and 7 cases with slight pucking up, pucking up cheek in 5 cases and improved symptom in 13 cases were seen. 2 cases with trembling of muscle fiber were cured. 33 cases with facial rigidity were significantly improved by the method. The frantalis tension of non-movement in 2 cases was increased by the treatment with the improvement of lateral vision field. The method did not markedly affect the synkinesia and contracture of facial paralysis.Conclusion:The medium frequency current improves the symptoms of facial paralysis at half year after onset.
