摘　　要：目的:研究盐酸普萘洛尔缓释片的处方工艺和释放度。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定该缓释片的释放度。结果:该片的生产处方和工艺是稳定、可行的,并能在12h内定时、定量、有效地释放药物。结论:通过调节辅料处方量制备的盐酸普萘洛尔缓释片,具有良好的缓释性能。Objective: To study the preparation and release of propranolol hydrochloride extended- release tablets.Methods:The drug release was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Results:The result showed that the preparation technology was stable and feasible.The drug was released stably and regularly.Conclusion:Good extended- release property can be obtained by adjusting the quantities of accessories of propranolol hydrochloride.
