摘　　要：教育质量教师为本 ,教师素质师德为本。一所学校办得如何 ,关键是要有一支高素质的教师队伍。本文针对南昌航空学院师德师风建设现状进行调研分析 ,并从不同侧面提出了树立高尚师德师风的对策及建议。对广大高校教师热爱教育事业 ,尽心尽责为学生服务 。Teachers are main factors for educational quality, and teachers’ morality is a primary element for their quality. It is indispensable to have ranks of high quality teachers in order to run universities and colleges well. Investigation and analysis of the status quo of teachers’ morality have been made in Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for building up noble-minded teacher morality have been put forward from different aspects. There is a useful reference for most of college teachers who love their educational course and serve their students heart and soul.
