摘 要:主要介绍基于Windows9.x操作系统、工控机和PCL1800数据采集卡,并利用VC++6.0通过编程实现焊接过程电信号的虚拟分析仪。该仪器将数据采集、数据分析以具有3D立体感的直观界面形象显示在计算机屏幕上。针对CO2焊的电信号,利用电流、电压概率密度分布图和U-I图来提取焊接过程稳定性的特征信息;并对该虚拟分析仪在点焊中的应用进行了试验。试验结果表明该系统功能完善、分析适应能力强且性能稳定。The virtual instrument system is the developing field of signal detecting in industry production now. It's effective to attach the traditional electronic detecting technology to computer close and more simple and visual to process and detect the signal. The virtual instrument system is introduced that is completed by VC++6.0 based on Windows9.x, industry-control computer and PLC1800 data-acquisition-card. It can visually display the data acquisition and analysis in the screen by the three dimension interface. On the electrical signal of CO2 welding, the virtual instrument system extracted the characteristic information of welding process stability with the probability density distribution(PDD) of current and voltage and U-I chart. It was also used on the experiments of the spot welding. Experiments results indicate that the system has perfect function, strong analysis capability and steady performance.
