对大学生校外租房居住现象的思考

摘　　要：近几年来，大学生放弃公寓而去校外居住的现象日益普遍，给高校学生管理工作带来很多问题和挑战。因此，学校应加快高校后勤管理社会化改革进程，降低收费标准，提高服务质量，尽可能地满足不同层次学生的住宿需求。It is a common phenomenon that college students rent rooms to live in outside schools instead of living in the dormitories. This phenomenon brings more problems and challenges to the management of the university.So the school should accelerate the process of the socialized reform of the university rear service,reduce the expenses standard,improve the service quality,satisfy the different levels student's accommodation demand to the best of one's ability.
