偏头痛患者的心理健康状况及生活质量的调查研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨偏头痛患者的心理健康状况及其生活质量。方法　采用艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)、症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )及生活质量综合评定问卷 (GQOLI)对 6 2例偏头痛患者进行测试 ,并与正常对照组加以比较 ,其中SCL - 90测试结果与中国常模比较。结果　①偏头痛组患者的神经质评分明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;②偏头痛组患者的SCL - 90各因子分均明显高于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,突出表现在焦虑、抑郁及躯体化 3个方面 ;③偏头痛组患者的总体生活质量较正常对照组差(P <0 .0 1 ) ,涉及到躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活 4个维度 ,其中以躯体健康和心理健康影响最大。结论　偏头痛患者存在诸多方面的心理问题及个性改变 。Objective To explore the mental health state and quality of life of the migraine patients.Method Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ),Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) and the General Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI) were used of the 62 migraine patients,compared with normal person controls.Result ①The score of nervous of the migraine patients was higher than that of normal person ( P <0.01).②The scores of all factors of SCL-90 of the migraine patients group were higher than that in Chinese normal ( P <0.01). The distinct manifestation were anxiety,depression and somatization.③The score of the migraine patients were lower than that of the controls on the quality of life, including the aspects of physical, mental, social and economic condition, especially on physical health and mental health.Conclusion The migraine patients have the problems in personality and psychology. They have a lower quality of life.
