摘　　要：采用脚踏式加力装置结合偏心轮热加压原理设计制造了新型纸状压缩黑木耳热压成型机 ,该机器克服了常规压缩方法所用液压冷压缩所需压力过大的不足 ,采用增力系数较大的偏心轮装置加压 ,解决原动力过小问题。热压制得的黑木耳产品符合国际上食品新型纸状的发展趋势。The new type MYJ hot presser for black fungus paper was designed and manufactured by the theory of foot tread loading and second wheel hot press. The second wheel equipment had bigger increasing force coefficient, so this machine overcame the disadvantage of traditional machine:too big demanding pressure and too small dynamic. The product of black fungus made by this machine accorded with the developing direction of international food.This machine was highly appreciated by the customers.
