摘　　要：通过查阅文献并结合专家咨询,找出了医学人才科技创新的影响因素(包括主观因素与客观因素),并对创新影响因素和机制进行分析。By reading lots of document and repeated investigation on experts of management and qualified personnel,the science and technology innovation correlation influence factor have been found.The influence factor including subjective factor and objective factor.And the study try to analyze the innovation influence factor and machine processed.
