小瞳孔白内障超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨小瞳孔时的白内障超声乳化术的手术技巧和临床效果。方法 :对 2 3例 (2 7眼 )散瞳后小瞳孔的白内障患者采用钝性分离及非切开的牵拉法扩大瞳孔 ,进行连续环形撕囊和原位超声乳化并人工晶状体囊袋内植入术。结果 :术后随访 4～ 1 2个月 ,所有病例术后视力较术前有不同程度的提高 ,术后视力 0 .1～ 0 .2者 5眼 ,0 .3～ 0 .5者 1 4眼 ;0 .8以上者 8眼。结论 :采用钝性分离及非切开的牵拉扩大瞳孔法 ,可使小瞳孔的白内障完成手术并恢复良好的视力和生理性圆瞳孔或近圆瞳孔 ,手术并发症少。Objective:To explore the surgical techniques in phacoemulsification and the clinical effects in phacoemulsification in the state of microcoria cataract. Method:23 cases (27 eyes)of microcoria cataract after the use of mydriatics were operated by using viscoelastic or nonincisional pupilloplasty first, then was performed by C.C.C and used stable ultrasonic phacoemulsification and implantation the intraocular lens. Result:Following up 4 to 12 months, all the cases got better visual acuity, the corrected visual acuity was 0.1～0.2 in 5 eyes,0.3～0.5 in 14 eyes;above 0.8 were 8 eyes. Conclusion:Microcoria cataract after the use of mydriatics were operated by using viscoelastic or nonincisional pupilloplasty, can finish the operations successfully. The pupil can be recovered to normal or near-normal and the visual acuity improved, had few complications.
