糖尿病早期大鼠视网膜功能的电生理学研究

摘  要:目的:观察糖尿病大鼠早期视网膜功能的改变,指导临床对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的防治。方法:用图形视网膜电图(PERG)和闪光视网膜电图(FERG)分别记录正常和链脲菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠8周以内PERG-q波及FERG-b波潜时,并进行统计学分析。结果:糖尿病大鼠在1周时PERG-q波和FERG-b波的潜时与正常大鼠相比都显著延长(P<0.001),并且PERG-q波潜时在3天时就发生显著改变(P<0.001),早于FERG-b波潜时的改变(发生在1周)。结论:糖尿病大鼠早期在发现眼底可见的视网膜病变之前就有神经功能的异常,并且糖尿病对视网膜组织的损害首先是发生在神经节细胞,进而神经节细胞以前的视网膜功能受损。Objective: To observe the change of pattern electroretinogram (PE RG ) and flash electroretinogram (FERG) in early period diabetic rats and guide the clinical prevention of diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods: The latency of PERG -q and FERG-b in the normal and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats within 8 weeks was recorded and statistically analysed. Results: Compared to the latency of normal rats, the latency of both PERG-q and FERG-b in diabetic rats was si gnificantly lengthy at 1 week(P< 0.001). The latency alteration of PERG-q was earlier than that of FERG-b(P< 0.001). Conclusion: The neural abnormality in diabetic rats can be detected before the pathologic change of the ocular fundus , and the hurt on retina caused by diabetes mellitus first appeared in ganglion cells, and then the pathological changes of retina happened.
