摘　　要：目的　探索一种简单可靠的连续埋线法重睑成形术。方法　通过改进鬼土冢式连续埋线法的进针点和结扎方法 ,较好地解决了线结易外露或松脱的缺点。结果　 4 1例受术者术后随访 3周至 9个月 ,无线结外露或松脱现象发生 ,效果满意。结论　改良鬼土冢式连续埋线法重睑成形术为一较完善的术式。Objective To explore a simple and reliable method of double eyelid operation. Methods By improving the entry point and tying way of Onizuka′s continuous buried suture its shortceming, which is appeared as easily extruding and losing knot, is well overcomed. Results Fourty-one patients received the operation with satified results after one to nine months follow-up. Conclusion The modified Onizuka′s double eyelid operation is an effective way to form the double eyelids.
