摘　　要：目的　总结 32例腭裂患儿在腭裂术中应用前庭沟黏膜瓣一期修复牙槽嵴裂的临床经验及体会。方法　在牙槽嵴裂隙外侧的口腔前庭沟 ,设计一矩形黏膜瓣 ,然后旋转到裂隙瓦合关闭牙槽嵴裂隙。结果　32例患儿手术后有 30例获得成功 ,术后形态良好 ,手术效果比较满意。结论　前庭沟黏膜瓣组织量足够 ,血供好 ,旋转关闭裂隙合理稳定 ,适应在患儿早期行腭裂手术时 ,一期完成牙槽嵴裂的修复 ,有利患儿的身心发育 ,具有推广应用价值。Objective:To introduce the clinical application of vestibulum oris mucosal flap in primary repairing alveolar cleft.Methods: To design a rectangular mucosal flap from the alveolar cleft lateral vestibule of mouth ,and swing-it to cover the fissure.Results:The procedure was performed on 32 patients. Thirty of whom were cured successfully in one stage, and satisfactory configuration obtained.Conclusions:the vestibulum offs mucosal flap has adequate tissue and supply.Using it to cover the fissure is stable and reasonable.It is applicable for repairing the alveolar cleft with palate cleft in one stage.
