摘 要:目的 :探讨慢性应激对大鼠海马CA1区长时程增强 (LTP)的影响。方法 :采用离体海马脑片结合电生理方法 ,以群体峰电位 (PS)的幅值和场兴奋性突触后电位 (f EPSP)的斜率作为观测LTP变化的指标。结果 :对照组与慢性应激组在高频串刺激后的第 5min到第 30min的PS幅值和f EPSP斜率变化具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,应激组 2指标增大的幅度明显低于对照组。LTP形成率对照组为 5 6 % ,应激组 13% ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论Objective:To explore the effect of chronic stress on long-term potentiation(LTP)of rat hippocampal CA1 region.Methods:Isolated hippocampal slice and electrophysiological method were applied to study the effect of chronic stress on LTP.The amplitude of population spike(PS)and field excitatory postsynaptic potential(f-EPSP)slope were used as the indexes to observe the change of LTP.Results:The changes of amplitude of PS and f-EPSP slope from the fifth to the thirtieth minutes after high-frenquency stimulation(HFS) of chronic stress group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).The induced rate of LTP in control group was 56%,13% of stress group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The chronic stress can suppress LTP induction in the rat hippocampal CA1 region.
