摘　　要：为了适应知识经济时代的发展 ,组织必须转化为由知识、知识管理、智力资本和智力产品四个核心要素组成的知识型组织。本文围绕四个核心要素论述了知识型组织的相关问题 ,以及建立什么形式的知识管理系统。On the times of knowledge economy,an organization has to turn into the knowledge organization which is composed of four nucleal factous-knowledge?knowledge management?intellectual capital and intellectual products,This paper discusses the correlated problem of the knowledge organization and what to build knowledge management systems.
