局部应用榄香烯治疗颅内恶性肿瘤临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨广谱抗肿瘤新药榄香烯局部用药治疗颅内恶性肿瘤的效果。方法局部用药治疗颅内恶性肿瘤19例,其中恶性胶质瘤17例,脑转移瘤2例。采用经颅穿刺多点注药,有囊性变者先抽取囊液后,囊内注药。剂量实质肿瘤每次2～5ml,有囊液时注入量应少于抽出囊液量。1～2次/周,4次为1个疗程。结果多数病人症状明显缓解。肿瘤消失(CR)4例(21.05％),肿瘤缩小50％(PR)10例(52.63％),总缓解率(CR+PR)为73.68％,治疗前后肿瘤平均缩小54.04％。结论榄香烯经肿瘤局部多点注射治疗颅内恶性肿瘤疗效显著,操作简单易行,副作用小,值得临床推广应用,但适应证应有所选择。Objective To observe the effect of elemene in the treatment of malignant brain tumors when it was administrated by local iniection. Methods 19 cases entered the study.According to the CT or MRI tumor looation, We first aspirate instracystic liquid and mix it with el-emene, then inject them into the cyst arid periperal tumor tissues.The dosage is less than that of aspiration. But the total dose should not be more than 10mL a time.20% mannitol is needed when intracranial hypertension is present.CT or MRI examination should be performed after one coures of treatment. Results Among 19 cases CR 4cases, PR 10cases, SD 1 cases, PD 4cases. Respones rate (CR+RP) is about 73.68% .Avreage volume reduction is 54.04%.No obvious side effect occured. Conclusions Local injection of elemene is an effective method for the treatment of malignant brain tumors.
