摘　　要：文章分析了生产资料市场形势,并结合贯彻十六届三中全会精神总结了生产资料流通企业改革和发展的成就、经验及存在的问题。文章指出,要坚持和完善社会主义市场经济体制的改革方向,抓好国有生产资料流通企业的战略性调整;大力推进股份制改革,建立现代企业制度;明确市场定位,调整经营结构,培育企业核心竞争力;改造、提升生产资料批发市场。The author discusses the situation of the capital goods market,and explains the achievements,experiences, and problems of the reform of capital goods circulation enterprises in the light of the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee.The he suggests: insist on the direction of establishing and perfecting the socialist market economy; stress the strategic adjustments of stated owned enterprises in the capital goods circulation industry;push forward the reform aiming at the establishment of modem enterprise system;clear about the market positions;foster the core competence of enterprises ; reform the whole sale markets of capital goods.
