摘 要:分析了内置式永磁同步发电机带纯电阻负载时,电机参数对电压调整率的影响,采用双反应理论导出了考虑电枢电阻时电压调整率等于零及负值时所具备的条件,同时,得到了对应的负载变化范围,分析了电压调整率随电机参数变化的规律,得出了降低电压调整率的措施。采用场路结合方法设计了一台低电压调整率的发电机,利用有限元计算了负载场,得到了电枢反应电抗的饱和值和电压调整率。计算和测量结果证明了理论分析的正确性。这为设计额定负载时低甚至零电压调整率的永磁同步发电机提供了可靠的依据和有效途径,减小了设计中的盲目性。The influence of machine parameters on the voltage regulation of interior-type permanent magnet alternator with resistive load is analyzed. According to the two-reaction theory, the condition of zero and negative voltage regulation is derived. In the meantime, the range of the corresponding resistive load is obtained. The rule between the voltage regulation and the machine parameters is analyzed. The methods of reducing the voltage regulation of interior-type permanent magnet alternator are proposed. A low voltage regulation permanent-magnet alternator is designed by using of finite element method combined with magnetic-equivalent-circuit method. The saturated armature reactance and the voltage regulation are determined using loading magnetic fields by finite element method. The computation and measurement show that the theory analyses are right. The findings offer the reliable foundation and effective method to the design of the zero even negative voltage regulation on rated load.
