何决饮润肠茶药理学的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:观察何决饮润肠茶对正常和便秘小鼠大小肠蠕动的影响。方法:通过口服炭末的方法观察正常小鼠及便秘模型小鼠的小肠推进度和排便情况。结果:何决饮润肠茶能够显著促进正常及便秘小鼠大小肠的蠕动,提高小肠推进率,缩短粪便停留时间。结论:何决饮润肠茶可以显著促进小鼠肠蠕动(P<0.01),改善便秘状况。Objective:To study the pharmacologic effects of Hejue tea confected with polygonum multiflorum thunb and cassia seed on the big and small intestines of rat in order to closely clinic experiments.Methods:Intestinal peristalsis of the big and small intestines were observed in all the rats with a mark of charcoal to determine the intestinal transit.Results:Hejue tea could promote the wriggle of big and small intestines of normal and constipation rats,enhance the rate of propelling and shorten the period of excrements.Conclusion:Hejue tea could get remarkable improvement in intestinal motility of normal or constipated little rats (P<0.01).
