关于加强研究生思想政治工作的思考

摘　　要：正确认识当代研究生思想特点,正确分析评价他们的思想状况,是研究生思想政治教育的基本出发点。针对研究生的思想状况、特点,加强马克思主义理论课教学,解决深层次思想问题;加强实践,重视自我教育,变空洞的说教为自我内化过程;加强研究生党建工作,提高研究生党员的理论素质和修养;探索研究生思想政治教育工作的新机制,树立全员思想政治工作意识,创造良好的育人环境;倡导和构建健康向上、高雅文明的宿舍文化,发挥其教育和导向功能,使研究生在社会和人生的实践中逐步走向成熟。The starting point of the postgraduates' ideological and political work is to make a correct recognition of contemporary postgraduates' ideological features and a sound analysis of their ideological condition, on the basis of which we should emphasize the courses of Marxist theories to solve the profound ideological problems, attach great importance to practice and self-education and turn the discourses into self-reformation, improve the Party construction in them to enhance the theological quality and cultivation of the Party members, investigate on the new mechanism in their ideological and political work to set up an idea of all-round political education and a good environment of study, propagate and attain a healthy and elegant culture in dormitories and bring its educational and guiding function into full play so as to help them grow up in the practice of the society and human life.
