摘　　要：论述善于学习在高校领导干部执政中的重要作用,特别是在知识经济时代对高校领导干部实践"三个代表"的重要性和必要性。The leader's being good at study is of importance,especially in the knowledge-economy time,it is full of importance and necessity to the leaders of the colleges and universities in practising the 'Three Represents'.
