摘　　要：通过对铝合金板材进行的化学转化膜及膜结构的研究试验,对比了铝合金板与冷轧钢板磷化的异同点。对铝合金板材上化学转化膜与电泳漆及粉末涂层配套后的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能试验,研究了铝合金板配套油漆涂层的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能与前处理的相互关系,确定了用于东风汽车有限公司高性能军用越野车铝合金件的前处理化学覆膜类型。The difference of phosphate coating between aluminum alloy sheet and cold rolled sheet is compared by the test of chemical converted film and its structure on the surface of aluminum alloy sheet. This paper presents the testing results of mechanical ,corrosion resistance properties about the matching performance between chemical converted film, electrophoresis paint, powder paint on aluminum alloy sheet, and also presents the relationship of mechanical properties , corrosion resistance and pretreatment of aluminum alloy sheet's matching paint, after that ,selection of pretreatment chemical painting for high-performance military off-road truck in Dongfeng Motor Co.Ltd.has been made .
