摘  要:目的 评价颌面部恶性肿瘤CT表现与微血管密度 (MVD)及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的关系。方法  3 7例颌面部恶性肿瘤术前均行螺旋CT扫描。采用免疫组化方法 ,测定病理标本的VIII因子及PCNA表达 ,统计学分析MVD和PCNA与CT表现间的相关性。结果 颌面部恶性肿瘤的CT表现中肿瘤边界、强化时期、增强程度及有无淋巴结转移与MVD明显相关 ,而肿瘤大小及密度与MVD则无明显关系 ;肿瘤大小、边界、密度、强化时期及增强程度与PCNA明显相关。结论 CT表现与肿瘤内MVD和PCNA有明显相关性 ,有助于对颌面部恶性肿瘤预后进行评价。Objective To evaluate the relationship between CT features and microvessel density (MVD) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in cases of malignant maxillofacial tumors.Methods Spiral CT scans were performed before operating.MVD and PCNA was measured with immunohistochemical method by means of detecting factor VIII and PCNA in all the histologic specimens.The results were compared with CT features.Results CT features of malignant maxillofacial tumors including margin,enhancement phase,degree of contrast enhancement and lymph node metastasis correlated well with MVD,but the size and density did not.The size,margin,density,enhancement phase and degree of contrast enhancement correlated well with PCNA.Conclusion CT features correlated well with MVD and PCNA in malignant maxillofacial tumors.It is useful in evaluation of their prognosis.
