摘 要:目的比较GaAlAs和InGaAs半导体激光与Nd∶YAG激光热凝固效应。方法GaAlAS、InGaAs、Nd∶YAG激光以石英光纤输出,照射鸡蛋蛋清,每种激光照射10点,测量蛋白凝固团的直径和高度。光纤输出端功率10W,芯径1mm光斑、直径2mm,照射时间30s。结果三种波长的激光照射活性蛋白形成凝固的体积大小差异明显,其中InGaAs激光热凝固最强,Nd∶YAG激光次之,GaAlAs激光最弱。结论三种激光的热凝固效应有差异。Objective To compare the heating -solidified e ffect of three kinds of laser(GaAlAs diode,InGaAs diode and Nd∶YA G).Methods The output of all of the three lasers i s by same quartz fiber.The power of th e end of output of fiber is 10W.The dia meter of fiber core is 1.0mm.The diameter of l ight spot is 2mm.The shining time is 30s.Using the three kinds of laser to s hine active -albumin separately for ten points and measur ing the diameter and height of heatin g -solidified albumin and comparing the result.Results The outcome of heating -solidified e ffect of InGaAs diode laser is the heaviest,Nd∶YAG laser the second,GaAl As diode laser the weakest.Conclusions The different heating -solidified e ffect could be observed among the thr ee kinds of laser.
