两种化疗方案治疗晚期大肠癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究DDP +CF +5 FU及HCPT +CF +5 FU两种方案分别治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效、毒副反应和生存质量。方法 :DDP组 2 7例患者 ,DDP 4 0mg ,静脉滴入 ,d1～d3 ;CF 30 0mg ,静脉滴入 ,d1～d5;5 FU 0 5 ,静脉滴入 ,d1～d5。HCPT组 30例患者 ,HCPT 10mg ,静脉推注 ,d1～d10 ;CF及 5 FU方法同DDP组。两种方案均 2 1d为 1个周期 ,连续用 2个周期后评价疗效。结果 :DDP组有效率 37% ,HCPT组有效率 4 0 %。毒副反应为DDP组恶心、呕吐及肾功能损害较HCPT组的严重 ,其余毒副反应两组相近。DDP组与HCPT组临床疗效经统计学处理差异无显著意义。结论 :DDP组与HCPT组临床疗效相当 ,但HCPT组患者的生存质量较好 ,更适用于一些体质较差、术后恢复及年老的患者。To study the efficacies、adverse effects and quality of life of two different regiments in treatment of patients with advanced intestinal cancer.Methods There are 27 cases in DDP group,40mg/day of DDP were given iv for 5 days;CF 300mg for 5 days,iv;5-FU 0.5 g/d,continuous intravenous infusion 5 days.There are 30 cases in HCPT group,10 mg/d of HCPT were given iv for 10 days;the method of CF and 5-FU as same as DDP group.One cycle of these regimens consisted of 21 days and they were evaluated after two cycles.Results DDP group whose response rates were 37%,HCPT group whose response rates were 40%.DDP group was similar to HCPT group.Adverse effects included gastrointestinal toxicity and impairment of renal function in DDP group are worse than HCPT group.the other adverse effects in DDP group are similar to HCPT group.Quality of life in DDP group are worse than HCPT group.Conclusions DDP group whose efficacy was similar to HCPT group's.But quality of life in HCPT group is better,especially suitable to men or women who has bad quality of life and the elderly patients.
