卵巢原发性恶性淋巴瘤7例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨卵巢原发性恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析 1980年 1月 -2 0 0 0年 12月收治的 7例卵巢原发性淋巴瘤 ,均行手术切除和CHOP化疗 ,2例配合盆腔外照射治疗。结果 :中位年龄 30岁 ,首发症状为盆腹腔肿块 ,1例合并不典型B类症状 ,病理类型全部为NHL ,来源于B细胞 ,中度恶性 ,中位生存期 37个月。结论 :已婚育的年轻妇女为卵巢原发性恶性淋巴瘤的高发年龄。治疗宜采用以手术为主的综合治疗 ,疗效优于卵巢以外的NHL。Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of malignant lymphoma of primary ovary.Methods Form January 1980 to December 2000,seven patients with malignant lymphoma of primary ovary were treated,and the therapies contained primary cytoreductive surgery as well as chemotherapy (CHOP),and pelvic external radiotherapy for 2 cases.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Their medial age was 30 years.The incipient complaint was neoplasmata.Only one case had typeless B symptom(weight descended>10%).All cases were diagnosed as NHL by histopathology examination,come from B cell,mid grade malignancy.Mid survival time was 37 months for seven patients.Conclusions It is more in danger of the stage for young women married and after parturition to suffer from malignant lymphoma of primary ovary.It is necessary for these patients to undergo operation and combined therapies.The survival time of ovarian cases is longer than other NHL.
