康莱特联合化疗对肿瘤患者细胞免疫影响及生活质量改善的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较康莱特配合化疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效、细胞免疫功能和生活质量的改善及血液毒性的改变情况。方法 :采取随机对照分组 ,治疗组 (5 8例 )为康莱特联合化疗 ;对照组 (6 0例 )为单纯化疗。结果 :治疗组有效率 (PR +CR)为 37 93% ,两组相比差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5。治疗组免疫功能测定 ,T细胞亚群和NK细胞活性明显高于对照组 ,P <0 0 1。治疗组Karnofsky评分高于对照组 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :康莱特联合化疗可提高化疗疗效 ,减少毒副反应 ,提高患者的细胞免疫功能 ,改善患者生存质量 ,是中、晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗的良好配伍药物。Objective To compare the effect,toxicity,cell immune function and quality of life between kanglaite (KLT) combined with chemotherapy and simple chemotherapy in 118 cases of advanced malignant tumor.Methods The treated group (58 cases) received chemotherapy and KLT,and the control group (60 cases) received simple chemotherapy.The two groups were studied by randomly contrast method.Results The effective rate (PR+CR) of treated group was 37.93%,that of simple control group was 21.60% with a significant difference,P<0.05.There was a significant difference in the rise of subgroup T lymphocyte and NK cell between the treated group and control group,P<0.01.The KLT could elevate the patient's life quality as well,and there was a significant difference in Karnofsky score between the treated group and control group,P<0.05.Conclusions KLT combined with chemotherapy can enhance the therapeutic effect.It can strengthen the cell immune,reduce the side effect of chemotherapy,promote the life quality.So it is an effective drug combined with chemotherapy in advanced malignant tumor.
