原发性纵隔肿瘤及囊肿71例分析(附1例罕见胸腺瘤并发症)

摘　　要：71例原发于纵隔的肿瘤及囊肿,其中胸腺瘤占35.2％,畸胎瘤占23.9％,神经源性肿瘤占18.2％,其他肿瘤占22.7％。三类常见肿瘤中,以胸腺瘤恶性率最高(32％),神经源性肿瘤次之(15.4％),畸胎瘤无1例恶性。术前正确诊断25例,未能分类25例,误诊21例。本文分析了误诊原因。此外,报道1例罕见的胸腺瘤并发症。Seventy-one cases of primary mediastinal tumors and cysts were reported,of which the c s-sified ratio accounted for as follows:thymic tumors(35. 2% with 32. %of malignancy) ,and teratomas (23. 9%),neural tumors(18. 2%with 15. 4%of ma cy), and others (22. 1% with 12. 5%of malignancy). Twenty-five cases were accurately gnosed,while 25 only diagnosed as tumor but unclassified,and 21 misdiagnosed prior to ration. The factors resulted in misdiagnosis in detail were analysed.In addition,the authors, reported one rare malignant thymic tumor having complication.
