甲状腺髓样癌超微结构的观察

摘　　要：本文用透射电镜对1例甲状腺髓样癌进行观察。结果表明:细胞胞浆内含有大量神经内分泌颗粒,粗面内质网丰富,线粒体数量增加。细胞间没有明显的连接结构,间质常见有由微纤维构成的淀粉样物质;并发现癌细胞胞浆中含有一种晶格状包涵体,其性质和意义尚不清楚。A case of medullary carcinoma of thyroid gland was studied by transmission electron microscope. In the cytoplasm of carcinoma cells,there were a large number of neuroendocrine granules, rich with rough endoplasmic reticulum and increase in the number of mitochondria. Intercellular junctione could not be seen and amyloid composed of microfilaments could be observed frequently in the intercellular substance. One kind of intracytoplasmic crystalline inclusion was observed and its nature and significance were still unclear.
