36例阑尾肿瘤临床病理分析

摘　　要：本文对36例阑尾肿瘤,包括阑尾粘液囊肿21例、腺瘤2例、腺癌5例、类癌4例、转移癌2例,黄色肉芽肿及恶性淋巴瘤各1例作了临床病理分析。结果显示:良恶性瘤比例为2:1,均以男性多见,平均年龄51.2岁;临床误诊或漏诊者占本组病例的75％;对各类肿瘤的病理改变进行了较详细的描述,并对误、漏诊的原因及本组病理改变的某些特点作了讨论。An clinicopathological analysis of 36 cases of appendix tumors,including 21 cases of muco- cele, 2 of adenoma, 5 of adenocarcinoma, 4 of carcinoid,2 of metastatic carcinoma, xan-thogranuloma and malignant lymphoma in one each,was made. Results showed that the rate between benign and malignant tumors was 2 : l,male cases were common,the everage age was 51. 2 years old. The clinical misdiagnosis and omission of diagnosis made up 75% in the total patients of which the causes and some characteristics of pathological changes of the total cases were discussed.
