系统论与中国风险投资制度的思考

摘　　要：在市场经济背景下 ,利用系统科学的理论和方法 ,探讨风险投资在高科技产业发展中的独特功能 ,中国风险投资制度的基本结构 ,维系中国风险投资制度运行的经济与社会环境 ,研究中国风险投资的自组织机制。在中国加入WTO和世界经济一体化进程加快的新形势下 。Under the background of market economy,the author uses the methods in system science to analyse the unique function of venture investment system in China,to research its structure,economic and social environments and its mechanism of self organization.And some proposals were given on how to construct the mechanism of the venture investment under the new situations of China entering into WTO and the integration of world economy.
