大鼠肝硬化门腔静脉分流术后皮质脊髓束变化的研究

摘　　要：采用铜银法溃变纤维染色技术 ,研究大鼠肝硬化门腔静脉分流术后皮质脊髓束的变化。结果表明 ,肝硬化门脉分流术后大鼠脊髓后索腹侧部可见黑色溃变纤维 。The aim was to study pathological changes of corticospinal tract in rats of cirr hos is with portacaval shunts. Copper-silver degenerating fibers staining were used . The results showed that black degenerating fibers were found in posterior funi culus of spinal cord in rats of cirrhosis with portacaval shunts. So cirrhosis w ith portacaval shunts can cause demyelination of corticospinal tract in rats.
