摘 要:对不同地理区域的119株水稻纹枯病菌进行了果胶酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶产酶测定,并对其中30株不同产酶量的菌进行了生长速度和在盆栽稻苗上的致病性检测。结果表明:水稻纹枯病菌的产酶量与其所处的地理位置、海拔高度和菌株生长速度无关。病菌致病性与上述三种酶的相关性分析表明:果胶酶和纤维素酶与致病性关系密切。对于早稻,二者的相关系数值r分别为0.546、0.388,检验相关显著性P值小于0.01和小于0.05;对于晚稻,二者r值分别为0.608、0.411,P值小于0.01和近似等于0.05。果胶酶在致病过程中起主导作用。The activities of pectinases, cellulases and hemicellulases of 119 isolates of Thanatephorus cucumeris (Frank) Donk from different areas have been determined. (30 out of them, with different enzymes' activities have been investigated for their growth rate and pathogenicities with rice seedlings in pots. The results showed that the enzymes' activities were not correlated to the areas or elevations where the isolates were collected from, and not to the growth rate either, while there are high correlations in the pectinase or cellulase to the pathogenicity. As concerns the early season rice, the value Of the correlation coefficient (r) for pectinase and cellulase is 0.546, 0.388, P<0.01 and<0.05, respectively, of the late rice, ris0.608 and 0.411 (P<0.01) and near 0.05, respectively. Pectinase played a key role in causing rice sheath blight.
